Technical Team Lead

Full-time, Chiang Mai, Thailand
Salary – Starting at 50,000+ / mo. (Negotiable)

Lead the development team through Coaching, Supporting, Delegating, and Directing
Identify Customer Requirements and Design Systems with good alignment of Business Requirements
Design and develop highly scalable, highly available, highly reliable, and highly secured systems
Ensure that the codebase has high Evolvability
Perform code reviews and pair-programming with the development team
Fully involve in the whole Software Development Lifecycle and ensure the smoothness of Testing and Deliveries
Proactively address and investigate performance issues and bugs
Seek to push the Quality of Development standard and results of the Development team
Seek to automate and optimize processes for improved efficiency and productivity
Write and Update/Enhance Technical Documentations
Actively learn and keep up with the Technology trends and techniques while encouraging the “Never stop Learning” culture together with the Executives at APOLLO 21

At least 6 years of experience as a Software Developer or comparable Engineering managerial role
Experience leading teams and mentoring other developers
Excellent Leadership skill
Excellent Communication skills (Active-Listening, Presenting, Writing)
Excellent Attitude, Sportsmanship and Resilience
Excellent Problem-solving, Planning, and Analytical skills
Experience with Development of Platforms such as Web Applications, Mobile Applications, or Data Platform
Experience with C# .NET (Preferably .NET Core 6) and NodeJS
Experience with React Framework (Typescript)
Experience with SQL based Languages (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Other technologies might include Firebase and Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology (Especially Scrum)
Preferably understanding of Data warehouse, Data lake and Data analysis

Working on-site 4 days a week – Work from Anywhere 1 day a week
Office Hour 9:00 – 18:00
